Annyeong (Good Bye) 2013 :-)

One year is actually a LOT of time. But in the end, a year slipped by just like a wind. I felt like it's only yesterday that I have a big mission for the year of 2013. But now, 2013 is almost gone and today is the last day of December. I feel lucky, because I've changed so much for the past 2+ years since I go to college, especially in 2013 (mostly in a good way). I'm a mega introvert person before, but this year, I pushed myself to be a little bit more open. It Is Hard , I admit it. And without the help of friends and family, it wouldn't be possible. But it's all good and it's all exciting, so I really grateful for the times passed. Steering Committe of UKM PP Organization 2013-2014 I normally wouldn't join a student-based organization because I'm very shy and also very lazy. But since I go to college, I push myself to join some. And I'm grateful that I push myself like that. Right now, I imagine what I've been like without my org

Prom Makeup Tips from Pro

My favourite prom makeup tips from Michelle Phan Who doesn't know Michelle Phan? She's probably one of the biggest beauty guru ever in YouTube and she's definitely a professional in makeup . Some may call her: The Accidental Millionaire, but for me she's worth it because she plays hard to get it. Anyway, in this post I try to gather all her makeup and beauty tips for prom, even from a week before that magical night. The first video below covers all you have to do few days before the D day that you may not yet think of: tame your acne, brighten your skin, lighten up your moustache, whiten your teeth, and more! It's so useful as a reminder for us. The next tips is obviousy makeup. For prom, Michelle gives you the ideas of soft smokey eyes with perfect nude lips. If you're inspired by this look, follow the tutorial in her video below. But, if this look isn't your style then go ahead to look for other inspiration. You can try to fin

One Day Experience as UKM PP Makeup Artist

Becoming a makeup artist? Never really think about it. I just enjoy makeup. Yesterday was a very special day for Streering Committee of UKM PP. If you don't know what UKM PP is, it's a student based organization in my campus. There are 24 members of Streering Committee in the organization, and yesterday we did the last and the most memorable photo shoot of all time, the photo session in a real studio. Very early in the morning, I already come to the secretariat office as told. There is a deal beforehand that I will do all the member's makeup . So, at that time, I brought some weapon with me :-) I actually didn't invest on the makeup palette yet. The lancome palette in the picture is belong to my friend's mom. But the other products are from my own collection. So, without further chit chat, here is the snap shoot of all my masterpiece.. The Girls There are 4 girls who does her makeup them self or by other friend, but mostly, I did it :-) The

This or That Makeup Tag

This or That Makeup Tag for #MakeupTagEdition It is officially December, which mean November has gone. So, Happy New Month! =D I've been blog walking recently and I found this site called Straight Up Glam and I read This or That Makeup Tag in there. I found that it's really fun to read this type of tag and I think it's a useful makeup tag, because you're not only talking about things that you like but also why you like stuff and why you don't like the opposite. So it's quite inspiring the readers as well. Without further chit chat, here is my answers :-) ~ MAKEUP ~   Blush or Bronzer? Bronzer all the way, because it's more natural and I think you can never go wrong with a good bronzer. Foundation or Concealer? Now, I'll choose foundation but when I got a clear skin day with lesser blemishes, I'm going to pick concealer. Lipgloss or Lipstick? Lipgloss, because I don't really like my lipstick collection. And for younger

My November Beauty Favorites

My High Street/ Drugstore Beauty Favorites As a beauty addict in budget, since I'm still a student , I don't really into high end cosmetics & skin care . Mostly I just go with the high street a.k.a drugstore products. Last two months, I shared a picture in instagram, which is my first ever post in there, featured my Haul of The Month . As you may already guess, there's just a bunch of drugstore makeup and one tool, eyebrow brush, which you can't see on the picture because it hides behind all the Maybelline Baby Lips Lippy. What I like to share with you today is my experience that made all of the products from September haul, become my favorites of this month :-) that sounds crazy but it's true. So, here is my favorite list, I hope you guys like it. Maybelline Clear Smooth 8 in 1 BB Cream . I love this BB Cream because it glides on smoothly on top of my moisturizer. It covers imperfection a little bit, not much, so it gives a natura

Student Exchange with Republic Polytechnic of Singapore #2

Student Exchange Program: State Polytechnic of Malang with Republic Polytechnic of Singapore If you read my latest blog post about student exchange program with RP , you'll know that 24 students of State Polytechnic of Malang, including me, will get selected again down to top 18. Well, it's now time to see the result :-) Today, all of the candidates been told to go to certain room in the basement of our building. Once we all get there, the lecturers said that they'll start to mention the name of the candidate that made to go, one by one. When the list is getting nearer to an end, and I didn't hear my name being called, I become very depressed. I even whispered to one of my girl friend, "Looks like I didn't make it.." :'( But then, miraculously I heard my name being called, at the very end of the list. And Oh My God, there was a big twist in my mood, from depressed into deeply touched. I nearly cry at the moment, but no :-P So

Student Exchange with Republic Polytechnic of Singapore #1

Student Exchange Program: State Polytechnic of Malang with Republic Polytechnic of Singapore So, basically in some rare, expensive rainy day, my English lecturer choose 40 Informatics students of State Polytechnic of Malang which is claimed to has decent ability in communicate using English as well as good attitude. From nowhere, it's just happen that I was lucky enough to be one of them. It happen around two weeks ago, that I as well as the other 39, receive a text message inform me to attend a Student Internship a.k.a Student Exchange Socialization . And that, is the beginning of my whole story :-) Then of course I attend the socialization which is lead by our Head of Study Program, Mr. Yan. From the socialization I knew that whole 40 will be selected to eliminate almost half of it, remain the top 24 students to actually go there. I have a great hope to come. That's why when they come up with the challenge to make a Raspberry Pi proposal, I said, "Righ

My Back to School Makeup Essentials

So, tomorrow is D day for another study day. My fifth semester of University will start in a couple hours. How exciting! As a beauty addict, when I start to think about back to school , I will also think about my makeup/ beauty essentials . To me, makeup essentials were both which I wear and I keep in my makeup bag for a little touch up during the day. BB Cream This semester I will go for as-natural-as-possible makeup look. I think makeup for school must be natural, fresh, but still look radiant to keep me look healthy. I used to use foundation to school, but start from tomorrow, I will use BB cream instead. Since it's so light and has a watery-like consistency, BB cream will give a flawless natural finish. Mine is from Maybelline. Baby Lips Lipbalm My other makeup or beauty or cosmetic essentials (how mouthful is that?) which also from Maybelline is the baby lips lip balm. I have massively dry lips especially during the colder months so I will need a lipbal
